What should I expect to be asked in the interview?
You can expect questions on anything from your history, family background, technical knowledge, attitude, puzzles, ability to teach, ability to learn, ability to motivate, etc.

Are the questions going to be hard?
We are not here to judge you. We are here to see if you are a great fit for Charge Fitness and if you will be able to perform the role.

What time period am I being hired for?
Charge fitness attempts to hire for the long run. We are not in the business of replacing people quickly. We like to hire carefully and do not like losing team members for whatever reason.

Does Charge Fitness offer internships?
Yes! The intern program is a great way for you to try our environment to see if you like it.

How long will it be before I hear back?
When you apply to Charge fitness you can be rest assured that we have read your application. As soon as we have a role that you can fill we will call you. Please do not despair if you have not heard in a while. Your resume is in our database and will be pulled up as and when your skills can be fruitfully utilized.

How much will I be paid?
Pay is a question that concerns many candidates. We pay above average rates to all our team members. That said a large part of our compensation structure is dependent on performance. If you are confident of delivering results pay will never be something you need to worry about.
